All our chains are 14k Gold-filled, Sterling Silver or 14k Solid Gold  

IF IT’S PERMANENT, DOES THAT MEAN IT’LL NEVER COME OFF?

No, it can easily be removed with scissors. Just cut the jump ring and save your chain in case you want to Get ZAPPED again in the future.

Please note, permanent does not equal unbreakable. While it is designed for everyday wear, it is still fine jewelry.

WHAT HAPPENES IF I CHANGE MY MIND?

All sales are final!  We can add a clasp for an extra $15. 

WHAT IF I HAVE TO CUT THE LINK OR IT POPS OFF?

Save your chain and we will get you zapped again; service fee $10. We are not responsible for missing chains after 14 days from the day of purchase. If your chain stretches out or contains multiple breaks, a new chain will need to be purchased. You will receive a 50% off with proof of purchase. 

I NEED TO FIX MY CHAIN BUT IT IS FROM ANOTHER WELDER?

We got you! if you need us to resize or reattach (we like to call it re-zapped) your jewelry it will have a cost of $10 per jump ring.
